Troglav quince brandy contains the Leskovac variety of quince, processed at full technological maturity. The fruit is crushed in a mill,
followed by fermentation, distillation, and aging of that distillate in an inert vessel (stainless steel). The production process of Troglav quince
brandy is much more complex than other types of brandy - the quince fruit has a high pectin content and contains very little sugar.
Therefore, the production process itself is much more complex, and the amount of alcohol obtained in this way - from pure quince - is minimal.

Aroma - a perfect harmony between the sweetness and the naturally pungent taste of quince (most of the comments we received about our quince are that when people try Troglav quince, they feel as if they have bitten into a quince fruit; with it, you feel the authenticity of our products, 100 % fruit brandy.
Color - crystal clear, colorless
Pairing - pair some low-fat cheese, such as gouda, with quince brandy, which would go well with some mild meat sauce.
Serving - tulip-shaped glasses, consumption at a temperature of 12-14 ºC
