Troglav Pear Brandy
Troglav pear brandy is made from the Vilijamovka pear variety. Fruit is selected according to high-quality criteria. It is processed only when it reaches full technological maturity. The fruit is mashed with the separation of the seed pod, followed by fermentation, distillation, and aging. The distillate ages in an inert vessel (stainless steel).
Aging Period - 36 Months
Proof - 42 %vol
Smell - an intense smell characteristic of the fruit of the William pear when it is at full technological maturity
Aroma - full, harmonious, pleasing
Color - crystal clear, colorless
Pairing - A baked pear stuffed with some young cheese with a neutral taste will go very well with this brandy.
Serving - tulip-shaped glasses, consumption at a temperature of 12-14 ºC
Troglav Apricot Brandy
Troglav apricot brandy has a characteristic and drinkable taste that is rich in the natural aroma of apricots. It is produced from domestic (old) apricot varieties. Fruit is selected according to high criteria, processed only when it reaches technological maturity. During processing, the stone is removed, the apricot fruit is mashed, fermented, distilled, after which the distillate is aged in an inert stainless steel vessel.
Aging Period - 4 years
Proof - 42 %vol
Smell - intense, characteristic of apricot
Aroma - complex, harmonious with a pronounced taste of apricot
Color - crystal clear, colorless
Pairing - toast with a mild cheese spread and dried apricots will go great with this apricot jam.
Serving - tulip-shaped glasses, consumption at a temperature of 12-14 ºC
Troglav Plum Brandy
Troglav plum brandy - double distilled from the best varieties of plums (4 different varieties are used for production - Crvena ranka, Požegača, Čačak Beauty and Čačak native). Many delicious notes make up this brandy, from woody to sweetly aromatic, fruity, floral. The production process includes pitting, mashing the plum fruit, fermentation, and distillation, after which the aging process is carried out in wooden oak barrels. Each distillate used for this blend was aged in an oak barrel, and as a result of aging, that primary smell is transformed into a refined noise, which this brandy of ours possesses.
Aging Period - 7 Years
Proof - 43 %vol
Smell - a rich fragrance with pronounced floral notes, vanilla and oak tones
Aroma - complex, rounded, smooth, sweet with woody tones
Color - bright, old oak color
