Troglav pear brandy is made from the Vilijamovka pear variety. Fruit is selected according to high-quality criteria. It is processed only when it reaches full technological maturity. The fruit is mashed with the separation of the seed pod, followed by fermentation, distillation, and aging. The distillate ages in an inert vessel (stainless steel).

Proof - 42 %vol
Smell - an intense smell characteristic of the fruit of the William pear when it is at full technological maturity
Aroma - full, harmonious, pleasing
Color - crystal clear, colorless
Pairing - A baked pear stuffed with some young cheese with a neutral taste will go very well with this brandy.
Serving - tulip-shaped glasses, consumption at a temperature of 12-14 ºC
