Troglav apricot brandy has a characteristic and drinkable taste that is rich in the natural aroma of apricots. It is produced from domestic (old) apricot varieties. Fruit is selected according to high criteria, processed only when it reaches technological maturity. During processing, the stone is removed, the apricot fruit is mashed, fermented, distilled, after which the distillate is aged in an inert stainless steel vessel.

Proof - 42 %vol
Smell - intense, characteristic of apricot
Aroma - complex, harmonious with a pronounced taste of apricot
Color - crystal clear, colorless
Pairing - toast with a mild cheese spread and dried apricots will go great with this apricot jam.
Serving - tulip-shaped glasses, consumption at a temperature of 12-14 ºC
